Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless the customer selects an upgraded shipping option at checkout. While USPS First Class Mail typically delivers within 3–7 business days, delays may occasionally occur. Please note that upgrading shipping does not reduce production time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Orders
Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and associated fees.
Lost Packages
Flower Lane is not responsible for lost packages. If your order is delayed or missing, please first contact your local post office for assistance. If they are unable to help, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll do our best to support you.
