Refund policy
Return Policy
Personalized items (including custom crowns) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong name, color, or design, please contact us and we will make it right.
All other items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. A $3 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging to receive a full product refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
Cancellations – Custom Crowns
Orders not yet in production are eligible for a full refund. If your order has already entered production, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that some orders begin processing on the same day of purchase.
Change Requests
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept change requests once your order has entered production.
Order Mistakes
If an error was made by the customer during ordering, we offer a remake for a $15 fee, which includes standard USPS First Class shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at sarah@shopflowerlane.com with a description and photo of the item, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Flower Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to inquire or file a claim. If you are unable to resolve the issue with them, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply at checkout or upon delivery.
