Flower Lane crowns are designed to last throughout childhood but we understand accidents happen. The crown becomes your pets favorite toy, gets mixed up in clothes and dry cleaned, or it's simply lost! We truly care and want your child to have their crown forever.

How do I request a repair?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture as well as a brief summary of what you wish to have repaired.
Once your photo has been reviewed and you choose to send in your crown for repair, we ask that you cover the shipping cost to Flower Lane. In most cases, the repair and return shipping are covered by us! For damages due to wear and tear we will assess the item and repair (if possible) or replace at a reasonable charge. Crowns that been been misplaced can be repurchased for 50% off.

How soon will I get my order?
Our current production time is 5-10 business days. Orders ship free via USPS First Class shipping. Shipping upgrades are available during checkout but please note that upgraded shipping does not shorten production time. You are always welcome to drop us a note and inquire about fulfillment at email@example.com
How do I wash my crown?
We recommend spot cleaning your crown and laying it flat to dry. Once dry it is safe to press to release any wrinkles.
Do not dry clean. Dry cleaning my result in damages.
