Personalized products ship within 7-12 business days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply at the point of checkout, or upon delivery/receipt of order.

Personalized products are final sale. If there is an issue with your order (wrong name, color, defective, etc.), please reach out so we can make it right. All other unused items can be returned in their original packaging.
